If this error message appears try the following:

  • Clear Cache for the PeopleHR mobile app.

  • Delete the mobile app then reinstall it.

If the issue still persists, raise a case online providing the following information:

  • Names of users affected.

  • Is this affecting only iOS or only Android users?

  • Make and device model.

  • Operating system.

  • PeopleHR mobile app version.
