If you encounter login issues on the mobile app, raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and confirm the following details:

  • A screenshot of the error message the employee receives when trying to log in.

  • The mobile app version has to be up to date.

  • The mobile device model.

  • The operating system version.

  • Confirm that the employee has cleared the app data and cache.

  • Confirm the email address for that employee.

  • Confirm that the employee is able to log in to the web PeopleHR application.

  • Confirm if a Welcome email was recently sent to the employee.

  • Confirm the employee has deleted the app and reinstalled it.
