Error when logging on mobile - 'Access Denied'

User can't log in on the mobile app due to error: Access Denied

If your user can log into PeopleHR on a desktop but not on mobile, do the following:

  • Clear your cache.

  • Delete and reinstall the mobile app.

  • Try using the app on a different device.

  • Ensure they're using the correct email address linked to the PeopleHR employee record.
