Sign a document

Sign a document on the desktop version of the system.

If your manager has uploaded a document for you to sign, you can sign it via the browser or via the mobile app. To sign a document via your internet browser, follow the steps below.

πŸ“ŒNote: Once you sign the document, you can't change this.

  1. Click Access Button image then click Employee.

  2. Click Me then click the Document tab.

  3. Select the relevant document then click Sign,

  4. If required, change your name then click Sign again.

πŸ“ŒNote: E-signatures apply only to PDF files, while for other documents the signature appears as a stamp.
