Sign a document on mobile

Add a signature to a document using the mobile app.

In PeopleHR, you can sign documents while on desktop and mobile.

To sign a document using the mobile app, follow the steps below.

  1. Tap the clock icon, then tap Sign.

  2. Then tap Done.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: Your name is pre-filled, but you can change it before you tap Done.

On IOS

Once the document has been signed, the document refreshes and the signature is immediately visible on the document. You can follow the steps below to view the signed document.

  1. Tap the menu icon in the bottom right corner then tap View your profile.

  2. Tap Documents, select the document and scroll to the bottom to view the signature.

On Android

Once the document is signed, the signature is not immediately visible on the document. You can follow the steps below to view the signed document.

  1. Tap the menu icon in the bottom right corner then tap View your profile.

  2. Tap Documents, select the document and scroll to the bottom to view the signature.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: E-signatures apply only to PDF files, while for other documents the signature appears as a stamp.
