Can the manager’s manager see all the indirect reports reviews under them? | Manager’s manager should be able to see all the indirect reports reviews. Yes, they would be able to make changes and add comments. |
Can they make changes to these reviews and add comments? | Admins will be able to see everyone’s reviews within the system and theirs (only employee part) in the performance tab within their profile. An admin will be able to also amend them, excepting their own. If an admin wants to make any changes to their performance review once submitted, they will need another admin to do it for them. |
Who can see the employees' reviews? | Employees would be able to see only their own performance reviews and only the ‘employee’ section until the manager shares the comments with them. |

Is it possible to create goals without having an open review? | As an admin, you should be able to see the goals tab for past reviews as well. If your employee doesn't have an open review, click PAST REVIEWS and select a review. |
What happens with the past reviews if we decide that we won’t use it anymore? | The past reviews will stay recorded in the system for audit and reporting purposes. |
How to exclude the rating as part of the form in the overall? | When setting up the review, you have the option to choose to enable overall scoring or not. |
What happens if the session expires while you are filling in the review form? | If the session expires, the user will need to fill the review again. |
