Mobile app login error 'The email address you entered does not match the data on record'

When logging into the mobile app the error 'The email address you entered foes not match the data on record' is presented.

If the error is being received when logging into the mobile app, remove and reinstall the app.

If the same email used for a company login is being used under a consultancy account this is currently having an impact on the mobile app login process.
​
The email can either be amended to a different email for the companies using this for consultancy or if you are unsure/ do use the same email raise a new case with the below:

  • Screenshot/ recording of the error being received.

  • Email address being used.

  • If known, confirmation that the email is used for consultancy purposes as well as being used within a set profile in a PeopleHR system.
