If the error is being received when logging into the mobile app, remove and reinstall the app.

If the same email used for a company login is being used under a consultancy account this is currently having an impact on the mobile app login process.

The email can either be amended to a different email for the companies using this for consultancy or if you are unsure/ do use the same email raise a new case with the below:
Screenshot/ recording of the error being received.
Email address being used.
If known, confirmation that the email is used for consultancy purposes as well as being used within a set profile in a PeopleHR system.
