Information not updated on RotaCloud

If the information within PeopleHR is not updating the information in RotaCloud, check the RotaCloud reports in Queries, such as RotaCloud Employees.

If the information in the queries is correct, check with RotaCloud support if there is anything on their side that is preventing the information from pulling through.
