Unable to edit or delete logbook items

Cannot delete dropdown answers as they revert back after deleting and saving the changes.

When editing logbooks, if you are unable to delete items from the field lists, try editing them first, saving the changes, and then deleting them.

To edit an item:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Settings then Logbook.

  3. Click the pencil icon on the relevant logbook.

  4. Click into the item from the list to edit it.

  5. Hit Enter or Tab then click Save.

By default, the options will appear in alphabetical order. As a workaround, you can use numbered points for your items to specify the order.

Example:

  1. Very Good

  2. Good

πŸ“ŒNote: Pre defined logbooks can not have their field types amended.
