The logbook needs to be created or updated once the ripple is active on the users' profiles. If this is completed before the ripple triggers for the user, the check logbook action step won't recognize it has been actioned and the ripple will not complete this step.
πNote: If the logbook was added before the ripple triggered for them, you need to delete the logbook and re-add it, to stop the emails, or delete the ripple process.
The ripple can be deleted via the employee's profile Ripple tab, by clicking on x on the relevant ripple row.
