How to approve a logbook

Where can I approve a logbook that an employee has submitted in the system.

If an authorisation rule is set up for a logbook, any logbook entry submitted by an employee will appear in the approver's authorisation tab for review and approval.

To approve a logbook request.

  1. Click Access Button image then click Authorisations.

  2. Click Logbook then select the relevant request.

  3. Review the information entered, then click Declined or Approved.

πŸ“ŒNote: If you click Delete or Decline, the logbook will be deleted from the employee's logbook tab.
