Missing data in the Authorisation tab

The Authorisation tab shows no results.

In the Authorisation tab, you can apply the following filters:

  • All: All pending requests from all approvers.

  • Pending: The pending requests that you're an approver for.

  • Decided: All decided requests from all approvers.

  • My requests: All requests you've made.

If there's no data in the Authorisation tab, from the filter menu, select All. If there's still no data, this means there are no requests.

πŸ“ŒNote: If there are no rule under Submitted By: Manager/Additional Manager or System Admin, the requests that get updated by a manager/admin will disappear for the Authorisation tab.
