Request missing from the Pending authorisations page

Employee has completed a logbook, but I am unable to authorise it as the system displays No Request Found.

When going to the Authorisations tab on the left main menu, providing you are the approver of the requests, you are able to locate these when filtering the page by Pending requests.

If you are a system admin but not the direct approver, you can still locate and authorize the requests when filtering by All instead of Pending.
