To fix this, make sure your query is correct by following the steps below.
Check the query
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Queries then click the Payroll:Holidays report.
Locate the user in question and holiday dates within the query.
Click Edit, then click the Filters tab and make sure there is no filter applied.
πNote: The query is set to pick up only the approved holidays.
Check the holiday request status
Click the Authorisations tab and search to see if the holiday in question is still pending.
If the request is pending, then it needs to be approved.
Check the plugin request
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click the Plugins tab and then click on Requests.
Click repeat on the request and it will pull through the once pending holidays to the report.
