Logbook authorisation page just loading

I am trying to authorise a logbook but the page is just loading and then I need to exit the entire page to get back into the system.

When this happens, there are multiple ways you can try solving this:

  • Log into People HR using different browsers.

  • Make sure you have a secure and stable internet connection.

If this persists, raise a case and mention:

  • The steps you are following up until the error occurs.

  • Confirm you have grated us access to your system.

  • A screenshot or a screen recording showing the issue.
