As an admin, to do a manual refresh on a user's profile in Access Evo (previously Access Workspace):
Access the Members tab and locate the employee.
Click the 3 dots next to the user's name, then click Manage roles.
Change the user's access to all products to None and click Save.
Then reset back to their original access and click Save.
If this hasn't worked, raise a new case online where mentioning the employee's name, and provide us with impersonation rights after confirming the support engineer's email address.
