Holiday withdrawal emails

Holiday withdrawal email is going to an incorrect approver or user within the system.

The withdrawal emails will be sent to the approver at the time of the request, this may not be the current approver that has been set up.
​
If a request has been made on behalf of a user, which is then withdrawn, this will go to the approver and CC the user who actioned the request to let both know this has been removed from the planner.
