In the main ATS settings, you can specify whether or not you wish to allow duplicates. To do so, follow the steps below:

As a PeopleHR administrator:
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Settings then click ATS.
Click Application, then select Allow duplicate applications.
When you select this option, you can specify how you want to receive the alert: by application name, by application email address or both.
When you don't select this option, an applicant can't apply for the same vacancy with the same email address.
π€Tip: When you open the applicant's record, you can view at the top that this applicant may have duplicates, and you can click the link to see the duplicates along with their email address, name, the vacancy they have applied for, the status of the vacancy, the applicant's status and the date they applied.
To access this:
Click Access Button
then click ATS.
Click on the forth bottom icon then select an applicant's record.
Click on the top right where it should show with red paint This applicant may have duplicates. Click here to view.
This is the only type of alert that will be generated by system if the set up is done accordingly.
