When setting up multi authorisation workflows, the system will look at the approvers when it comes to requests.
๐Note: Even if you are an admin user, if you are not set as an approver within the authorisation rule, you won't be able to approve the request.
To see who is the approver, as an admin:
Go to Authorisations tab then click Logbooks.
Go to Quick Filters then click All or Pending.
Search for the needed request.
Check the approvers below Approvers Name field.
๐Note: If you are accessing the system as a consultant account this will not enable you to approve/ decline a request, this will need to be done through the approver/ admin account.
