Allow an employee to upload their own documents with Logbooks

Allow an employee to upload their own documents.

By default, an employee cannot upload documents in the system. However, an employee can upload documents to a logbook which will appear in their documents.

πŸ“ŒNote: You will need to be an admin to create the logbook.

To do this you can.

  1. Click Access Button image then click ATS.

  2. Go to Settings then select Logbook.

  3. Click the plus + icon then name the logbook.

  4. Select Employee Access then click Update.

  5. Click Add New Field and choose 1 or more fields for the employee to fill out.

  6. Once you have added your field you can click Save.

To add the document document as an employee.

  1. Click Me then select Logbook.

  2. From the Show drop-down menu, select the specific logbook.

  3. Click + then fill out the required fields.

  4. Go to the Files tab and upload your document.

  5. Select a document category then Save.
