PDF's in employee documents not opening

We appear to be able to upload them but when an employee tries to download them to see them, they see a PDF error message.

If the downloaded file is being opened from the browser, it means that the PDF is not supported by the current browser and you must use a PDF reader such as Adobe Reader.

To open the document from Adobe Reader:

  1. Go to files in your computer.

  2. Right click on the file.

  3. Click Open with.

  4. Click Adobe Reader.
