Incorrect manager status

An employee has a manager status but they haven't been managers before, no one is reporting to them or ever was.

If you are sure the user shouldn't have a manager status, you can make someone report to them and revert it to refresh their profile. To do this:

  1. Click Access Button image then click Employee.

  2. Click the relevant employee then click the Personal tab.

  3. From the Reports to drop-down menu, select the user who shouldn't have manager status.

  4. Click out of the Reports to drop-down menu then, to revert the change, click the X icon next to their name.

  5. Add an effective date and reason then click Save.
