If you are sure the user shouldn't have a manager status, you can make someone report to them and revert it to refresh their profile. To do this:
Click Access Button
then click Employee.
Click the relevant employee then click the Personal tab.
From the Reports to drop-down menu, select the user who shouldn't have manager status.
Click out of the Reports to drop-down menu then, to revert the change, click the X icon next to their name.
Add an effective date and reason then click Save.
