User having access to profiles they shouldn't

If a user has access to another one's profile when they shouldn't, there may be a glitch in the reporting line.

If the user status appears to be both as a manager and an employee, their reporting line needs a refresh.

To do this:

  1. Click Access Button image then click Employee.

  2. Select a relevant employee then click Personal.

  3. Remove the name from Reports to and Additional Reports To.

  4. Click outside of the box to save.

  5. Re-insert the name on Reports to and Additional Reports To.
