If a user has received an alert to sign another users document, check the below:
Access the user's record and employee document tab to check if this has been uploaded in mistake.
If you are unable to locate the document, in case this has been deleted then create a query on deleted documents.
πNote: If the document had been uploaded and then deleted, this will show in the query.
