Performance review showing different for users

Performance review set up correct in the templates but Employees and Managers see different segments in the form.

If any changes have been made to a review after this has been opened within a user's record, it can cause reviews to show differently in the user's performance tab as this has been opened under the template applied at that time.

Changes to the template will not update those already opened. The only way to apply this to the current template is to remove it from the user record and then add it back.
