Go to Settings then select the Thanks tab.

1. Click Access Button <img src="https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/l1snekb5/1609095411/8ebd9bcec0a5984058502e0ff269/rtaImage?expires=1760670000&amp;signature=278c849a4a9b42b0601a2ed24b006330db5a46390cc1911d9b9055b83f459adb&amp;req=dSYnH8l3mIVeWPMW3Hu4gUy%2Bc%2FO3Z5CSFlYTvCDp8M%2BngvwLqi2T5XZeZmX7%0AiQ%3D%3D%0A" width="99" alt="image"> then click HR Admin.
2. Go to Settings then select the Thanks tab. 
3. Next to Thanks in Use, select No.

Can we remove the Thanks option for our staff.

Turn off the Thanks feature
