In queries, the Job Role Change Date field picks up the effective date of the job role, not the date this was changed.
Whereas, when reporting on job role history, the Job History Changed On field picks up the date when the change was made.
Job role history queries pick up different information
When reporting on changes in job titles and job role changes, I receive different information.
