If a holiday was rejected, it will not show on the planner. But it will be under Holiday Status: Rejected.
To build this Query, follow the steps below:
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Query and select Create A New Query [ + ].
In the first column, select Holidays.
In the next three columns, select the items to include in the report, for example:
Holiday Status.
Click Next then fill out any other relevant details.
