Holidays showing on reports but not on the planner

Report showing an annual leave, however there is no annual leave entry for that date on Planner.

If a holiday was rejected, it will not show on the planner. But it will be under Holiday Status: Rejected.

To build this Query, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admin.

  2. Click Query and select Create A New Query [ + ].

  3. In the first column, select Holidays.

  4. In the next three columns, select the items to include in the report, for example:

    • Holiday Status.

  5. Click Next then fill out any other relevant details.
