For the program to work, two CSV files need to exist, of which one is optional.
Shift file it isn't required unless you have specifically been told to.
Public holidays file is required to identify what public holidays are applied to your shifts. The file looks as follows:
Shift Type: This is a general name and can be anything, but must be specified.
Shifts: A list with separated values by | symbol.
A list of dates that are considered public holidays for these shifts.
