Employees that are working some full days and some part days, they still need to book a holiday as 1 day regardless of their working hours.
For example, an employee works on Monday 8 hours and on Wednesday 5 hours, on both days, if they are off all day, they book as full day.

An employee works 1 full day and one half day, on the half day do they need to input 1 full day or 0.5 day.
