If breaks are not being deducted as per what has been set this may be due to the rules applied for the timesheet report.
An option to check would be Skip Break Deduction If Worked less Than: No break time is to be deducted for employees working less than half of their hours or below X hours in the shift.
Ensure the user does work over this value entered in order for the breaks to be deducted as expected.
