Holidays have disappeared from an employee's planner

Employee's holidays that they have taken for the whole year have been deleted.

This could be due holidays have been deleted by the employee, or by another admin. You can run a query to see the deleted holidays.

If you're still unable to see the deleted holidays, raise a case with us and mention the following:

  • The name of the relevant employee(s).

  • The dates of the holidays.

  • The name of the query you've created.

  • That you have granted us access to your system so we can investigate further.
