Access Button menu not loading

Access Button menu is not loading any of the given apps after long periods of inactivity.

If you have been logged into the system for a long period of time with no activity, our security measures will then take place, this can log you out of the system or have the Access Button menu not show any of the apps to navigate to them.

Logging out and back in will gain full access to the system menu.

If the above has not worked, you need to follow the troubleshooting steps to check they have an active workspace account that is linked to PeopleHR and the correct PeopleHR roles assigned.

If the error is being presented and the user has only one Workspace account this may be due to the email within PeopleHR not being the same email within their Workspace profile.

To change a user's email address within Workspace, follow the steps below.

  1. Click on Members icon in the top right of Access Workspace, and search for the relevant user

  2. Click 3 dot menu on the user's contact card, then click Change email address.

  3. Enter the new email address for the user, then click Change.
