If you have an employee who gets the error "Failed to load Products" you will need to.
๐Note: You will need to be an Access Evo (previously Access Workspace) administrator to action the below.
Go to the Access button and select Spaces.
Select My Dashboard and Click the Members
menu.
Type in the affected employee's name.
Click the three dot menu
and select Manage Roles.
Ensure PeopleHR access is set to User.
๐Note: Make sure that users have the same email address in Access Evo as in People HR.
