Access button failed to load products.

If you have an employee who gets the error "Failed to load Products" you will need to.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: You will need to be an Access Evo (previously Access Workspace) administrator to action the below.

  1. Go to the Access button and select Spaces.

  2. Select My Dashboard and Click the Members members icon.png menu.

  3. Type in the affected employee's name.

  4. Click the three dot menu three dots.PNG and select Manage Roles.

  5. Ensure PeopleHR access is set to User.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: Make sure that users have the same email address in Access Evo as in People HR.
