Mobile app stuck on the Authentication page

The authentication page is complete but it doesn't return to the app.

If the authentication on the mobile app is not completed, this is because the authentication page requires Google Chrome.

Ensure you have Google Chrome installed on your device, then make Google Chrome your default browser.

If the issue persists, reinstall Google Chrome on your device to revert it back to the initial settings, or check with your IT that there are no security settings applied that might be blocking the page from running.

If the issue persists after this, uninstall and reinstall the mobile app.
