App login error - 'Authentication done!'

'Authentication done! If you are not navigating to the app after a while, kindly click the continue button.'

When this happens, the cache of the Android device needs to be cleared.

If the issue persists, raise a case with us and let us know:

  • The steps you have followed so far.

  • The software version of the Android device.

  • Confirm if the user uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

  • Confirm if they are able to login on the desktop version of People HR.

  • Screenshots showing the issue.
