When actioning feedback and this does not process when submit has been selected you may need to clear your web cache as outdate cache or cookies can stop pages from loading or formatting correctly. An incognito window can also be used to action the request as this stores no cache data at all to process the request.
⚠️Important: The response must only include full stops and commas, using characters like ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) _ + = { } [ ] : ; " ' < > ? / \ | ~ ` will prevent the feedback from being submitted.
You can reinvite the users to give 360 feedback to action the process again.
If the above still does not allow the submission to be made raise a new case with the below information:
The device used to complete the 360 feedback - Desktop browser or mobile browser.
A screenshot of the full review the user has completed.
User name who the review is applied to and the user who cannot submit the feedback.
