As an admin, you can create a 360 segment within a performance review for employees to answer questions and give feedback on their colleagues. You can then turn on or off the option for admins and managers to print the feedback anonymously.

Turning this setting on means managers can bring the feedback to employees' performance reviews to discuss, without showing who left the feedback.

To do this, follow the steps below.
Click Access Button
then click HR Admin.
Click Settings then click Performance.
Next to Allow Anonymous 360 feedback, click Turn On or Turn Off as required.
