As an employee, your manager may invite you to complete a 360 review about a colleague. When you receive the invitation via email, to complete the review, simply click the link on the email.

Once you've answered the questions, click Submit. This sends an email to your manager letting them know you've completed the review. Any PeopleHR admins and the employee's manager can see your feedback, however, the employee themself can't see it.
πNote: There may be an internal process in your company where managers show your feedback to the employee during a face-to-face review. To check this, contact your manager.
