When holiday carryover expires, it deducts the entitlement on the planner chart for the current holiday year. This is expected behaviour.
If carryover is set to expire soon and there are not enough working days to book the entire carryover duration before the expiry date, the planner chart will deduct 1 day of entitlement daily until the carryover expires completely. This is also expected behaviour.
