If an employee completes a logbook and no authorisation rule is assigned, the logbook will remain saved in their profile and will not be sent for approval. This means as a manager or admin, you will need to go into their profile to complete the rest of the logbook.
To complete the rest of an employee's logbook, you will need to.
Go to the Employees tab then select the relevant employee.
Click on their Logbook tab then access the Show dropdown list.
Click on the logbook entry and fill out any remaining fields.
If required sign off the logbook then click Save.
