If an employee completes a logbook and an authorisation is in use for that type of logbook, then the logbook will be sent for approval.
To fill out the logbook, you can follow the video or the steps below.
Click Me then click Logbook.
Access the Show dropdown list then click Appraisal.
Click the + Icon then fill out the following fields.
Appraisal Review Date
Reviewer
Notes
Action plan
Objectives
If necessary attach any relevant files then click Save.
The approver listed in the authorisation rule will then need to go to their authorisations tab and review and approve the logbook.
