Users are getting signed out of the system while using it

Employees being timed out of system when actively using it.

This could be due to several reasons:

  • The cache memory of the browser was cleared while PeopleHR tabs are open.

  • Using multiple tabs on different PeopleHR areas.

To prevent this, set the Session TimeOut to the maximum of 55 minutes:

  1. Click Access Button image then click HR Admkin.

  2. Go to Settings then click Company.

  3. Set Session TimeOut Period [55mins].
