The system does not calculate a score based on the performance review scores. This goes by what the manager inputs within the performance tab on the left hand side, being the overall score.
You can query on both employee and manager score if you wish to see what both inputted on a side by side basis or within the user's performance review itself.
If you do have questions that may not be applicable for someone to answer, they can enter accordingly within the text box.
When a performance review is assigned to a user, every question must have an entry within the review in order for this to be completed and then closed, and also a score will be mandatory.
For this, you can create an option for what you need on the score and have them to use that choice.

If someone has to type N/A into the text box then will it also make them mark a score on the slider?
